After your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Orphee Shop works with very little stock and each piece of jewelry is made to order, apart from jersey pieces (t-shirts & sweatshirts). The manufacturing time can be between 1 and 3 days, depending on the number of orders and the work overload.
The standard shipping method is Colissimo followed, delivered without signature. You can also select delivery via Mondial Relay.
Each creation will be wrapped in its tissue paper, in a strong cardboard box.
From the dispatch of the order, the average delivery times are as follows:
3 to 5 working days in Colissimo for France
3 to 6 working days in Mondial Relay for France
4 to 9 working days in international Colissimo for the rest of the World
Delivery may however be delayed for reasons beyond our control. In this case, we undertake to keep the Client informed of the situation.

We decline all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, deterioration or delay in delivery due to errors or disturbances attributable to carriers.
No refund or exchange will be made for items in the "Vintage" category.
If you are not satisfied with your order, the items can be returned within 14 days for a size / item exchange or refund.
1- Access your account via the Identify link, located on the upper right of our site. In My orders, select the order item containing the items you want to return.
2- Click on the item you wish to return and specify the reason why you wish to return your item (s). If an item is defective, please provide more details. If you want to exchange an item due to a size problem, please specify the size. The new shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
3- The articles must be sent with the carrier of your choice who nevertheless provides a tracking number which you are requested to communicate to us.
4- The earrings are neither taken back nor exchanged for hygienic reasons.
The customer has 14 days from the date of receipt to return the products and request a possible exchange / refund. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exchange return shipping costs are free.
