I- DELIVERY

 

After your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

* Concerning the jewelry collection Orphee Shop works with very little stock and each piece of jewelry is made to order .

The manufacturing time can be between 1 and 2 days, depending on the number of orders and the work overload. *

The standard shipping method is tracked Colissimo, you can also select delivery via Shop2shop by Chronopost (relay point). Each piece will be wrapped in its tissue paper.

From the dispatch of the order, the average delivery times are as follows :  

  • 3 to 5 working days by Colissimo for France  

  • 3 to 6 working days in Shop2shop by Chronopost for France  

  • 4 to 9 working days by international Colissimo  for the rest of the world  

 

However, delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control. In this case, we undertake to keep the Customer informed of the situation.

 

Shipping cost :

> France  :

  • offered from 150€ of purchase.

  • depending on the weight of the package: between €3.8 and €11.1 with LaPoste

  • depending on the weight of the package: between €5.5 and €8.3 with Shop2shop by Chronopost.

  • Free personal delivery in Paris (details of location and time after ordering).

> Rest of the world  :

  • depending on the weight of the package: between €7.4 and €39.5

We decline all responsibility in the event of loss, theft, deterioration or delay in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to the carriers.

  II- RETURN

If you are not satisfied with your order, items can be returned within 14 days for an item exchange or refund.  * Earrings cannot be taken back or exchanged for reasons of hygiene.*

-  Specify the reason why you want to return or exchange your item(s). If an item is faulty, please provide further details.

- Items must be sent with the carrier of your choice ( in relay point only ) which nevertheless provides a tracking number that you are requested to communicate to us.

Return fees :

The new shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.*

Exchange reshipping fees are free (Europe only).

* PayPal reimburses you for the cost of returns (if you paid for your order with PayPal)


1. Activate the service  Return costs refunded .
2. Log in to your PayPal account, click on the link "Benefit from refunded return costs" and attach all the requested documents.
3. If the request is validated, Paypal will refund you within 10 days, on your PayPal account.
